Ticket refund policy: If a performance is canceled due to weather or illness, Opera-Lytes will announce the cancellation on Facebook and our website and will notify ticket holders via email as soon as possible. Ticket holders may request that their tickets be exchanged for seats at another performance of the same opera (if available), may request a refund, or may ask Opera-Lytes to treat their ticket as a donation, in which case Opera-Lytes will provide a receipt for tax purposes.
